Practica - PT Pratama Setia Abadi
Practica (PT Pratama Setia Abadi) was founded by two owners who are passionate about developing business in the Sports and Wellness industry, with the aim to provide the highest quality service and to support Clients in obtaining productive sports training. We believe that by doing physical activities that are of interest to each individual, sports will be easier to enjoy which will lead to physical and mental health.
Practica was founded in 2014, starting with Sports and Facilities Management for an apartment in Jakarta. Services provided include facility management and sports training for residents. Currently, Practica is expanding into training services for swimming, tennis, yoga, basketball, aerobics, mixed martial arts, and personal training for individuals and groups, and other sports in the form of units or packages.

Our Portfolio
Practica has experience in managing several fitness centers and facilities, including a sports facility at Gelora Bung Karno which has been used for the DKI Jakarta Team and the Indonesian National Team, the Casablanca Apartment Health Club, and The Branz BSD Club House and Podium Facilities. In addition to the dedicated services, Practica has also opened an Aerobics class for children and a Swimming class in one of the elite apartments in the Menteng area and Yoga classes for the community in Central Jakarta. We are committed to providing the best work for our clients and will continue to improve the quality of our services.
